Drupal, Lullabot, MSAD 11 webpage
I've spent the week working from home on the school district's website. We had Matt Westgate from Lullabot in for two days to help us in organization, design and management of the website. The two days training and consultation was great. I'm hoping to get an opportunity to go to one of Lullabot's training sessions in the future and learn some more about Drupal.
I've been using Drupal for several years now and all but one of my sites run on it. But I'm not much of a developer. I'm much more of a jack-of-all-trades than a master-in-one. But the experience has encouraged me to spend more time learning PHP. I'd like to do more and develop some potential business in this area.
But as my working vacation has demonstrated, working with a three year old around is tough. I don't have the patience for her ability to turn any scene into a disaster. And she doesn't have any patience for dad's lecturing. So for now I have to focus on learning to be a good father. A good programmer will have to come with time.
