I've been bad. I haven't posted in over a week. And now I'm resorting to the oldest trick in the tubes. I'm posting a list.

Ok, so I haven't actually played more than one game yet. But I hope to play gain later tonight. I love strategy games! And a free online game is worth trying out. I've been trying hard to NOT play Desktop Tower Defense because I'm addicted to it. If you play Weewar then look for me after 8 PM EDT tonight. I'm "mjohnson".

Free Flickr Apps For Your Mac

Grammar Girl has a great podcast. Of the short podcasts available it's my favorite. I mentioned Grammar Girl last winter in a list of resources I shared with the English Dept. But recently I've gotten into Twitter and Jaiku. The Grammar Girl has created Grammar Girl's Strunk & Twite: An Unofficial Twitter Style Guide. It's lots of common sense stuff but the little things that some times needs repeating.

My favorite and one that I don't think many people bother with, but they should, is item two on her list:

• Use proper capitalization. Typing in lowercase doesn't save characters; it's just lazy.
